Night Vendor collects only information a visitor chooses to submit through the After Closing Ledger or Contact After Closing, such as a name, email address, selected interests, reason for contact, and message.

The Ledger is hosted through Tally. Contact messages are processed through Netlify Forms. This information is used only to send requested Night Vendor notices or respond to the visitor’s message. It is not sold.

Night Vendor uses local browser storage to remember the selected experience language, whether The Widow’s Bell has been completed, whether the updated return slip has been shown, and whether The Second Custody Envelope has been opened. These values remain in the visitor’s browser, are not sent to Night Vendor, and are not used to identify the visitor.

To request deletion of information you submitted, use Contact After Closing.
